How can I create an account?

With an account on our online shop, you can manage your orders, easily place new orders, benefit from exclusive discounts, and receive faster customer support. To create a user account, click on the profile button at the top right of the website. On mobile devices, you can find this option by tapping the three lines at the top left and then selecting "Log in." You will be redirected to a page where you enter your email address. In the next step, you will receive a code via email that you need to enter for confirmation.

How can I log in?

Similar to registration, click on the profile button at the top right of the website, or on mobile devices, tap the three lines at the top left and then select "Log in." Then follow these steps:

  • Enter your email address.
  • Enter the verification code you received via email.

Now you can view, manage your orders, and change your account details.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow us some time to process your order. Typically, we need a maximum of 3 business days before your order is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us, which you can use to track your order online.

After your order has been shipped, it should arrive within 3-5 business days.

My order hasn't arrived yet.

If you have not received your order within 2 weeks, please send us an email at info@mojico.eu or use our contact form with "Issues with the order" as the subject. Describe the problem in a brief message. Please also include your order number so we can identify your order.

How can I pay?

Click on your cart at the top right and then on "Checkout"; you will be redirected. There, you can provide your contact information (such as shipping address) and select your payment method.

If you have an account with us, some information may already be pre-filled, saving you time and possibly money. Our members get access to exclusive offers and discounts.

I want to cancel my order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Here's how to proceed:

  2. Contact Form: Use the contact form on our website and select "Withdrawal and cancellation of order" as the subject. Please include your order number and name in your message so we can locate your order.

I want to return my order.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase or wish to return an item, we offer an easy return process. Please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • For returning via email, please write to info@mojico.eu and provide your order number and name.
  • For returning via the contact form on the website, select "Withdrawal and cancellation of purchase" as the subject and fill out the required fields with your order number and name.

2. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service will provide you with further instructions for the return.

3. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a comparable package to prevent damage during transit.

4. Return Shipping: Send the item back to us as per the provided instructions.
